The announcement was made by developer Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd (LSH Capital) and its collaboration partner Besteel Engtech Sdn Bhd.

“LSH33 completed its milestone topping up ceremony on Oct 9, 2023 and is currently preparing for certificate of completion and compliance (CCC) inspections.
“We hope to hand over keys to residents and invite retailers to commence fit-out works after the Hari Raya celebrations. Tentatively, TigaTiga is slated to open in Q3, 2024,” he said.
The key tenant unveiling ceremony, held in conjunction with LSH Capital’s Chinese New Year Yee Sang Luncheon, was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof and Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.
TigaTiga has 36 commercial units with a net lettable area of 113,000sq ft with anchor tenant Village Grocer occupying 20,000 sq ft on the lower ground floor.
Its target occupancy rate of over 65% is expected to be achieved when it opens in Q3, 2024.
LSH Capital’s retail arms Lim Seong Hai Lighting and Knight Auto will set up their flagship stores at TigaTiga.
The new retail space will also host the 19th shop of R Pharmacy, the third outlet of Phraya Thai and a concept Maru Cafe by MyNews.
