Thermal treatment for waste disposal by 2025

THE Tanjung Langsat waste disposal centre in Pasir Gudang is expected to use a thermal waste treatment plant burning system by 2025.

Johor housing and local government committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor said the waste disposal centre, using a traditional incinerator, had to be upgraded since it was about 20 years old.
