Taman Pusat Kepong folk want pedestrian crossing on busy road

RESIDENTS of Taman Pusat Kepong are requesting Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to instal a pedestrian crossing with push button traffic signals at a busy junction along Jalan 1/40.

Kepong social activist Yee Poh Ping said the request was made because of increasing traffic, which was a hazard for both locals and foreign workers crossing from Jalan 4/40 to Jalan 5/32A, where several factories are located.
