Kitchen upgrade, bags of rice for needy families in PPR schemes

MR DIY Cares volunteers hard at work transforming Siti Fatihah’s kitchen at Hicom PPR in Shah Alam.

THE kitchen of a needy family received a welcome upgrade, thanks to home improvement retailer MR DIY Group Bhd.

The family of six, residents of Hicom People’s Housing Project (PPR) in Shah Alam, Selangor, were the lucky beneficiaries of the retailer’s social outreach initiative to help underprivileged Malaysians.
