SUBANG Jaya residents have only three days left to enjoy a RM15 assessment tax discount offer.
Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) Corporate and Strategic Management Department deputy director Azfarizal Abdul Rashid said ratepayers who settle their 2023 assessment taxes in full for two terms before March 31 will qualify for the RM15 discount.
“As at March 14, only 14,121 ratepayers had taken up the offer, which is open to the first 75,000 taxpayers without arrears on a first-come, first-served basis.
“Payment channels are the EzyMBSJ website, Ezypay mobile app, e-masspro system and kiosk machines with payment through credit card and ewallets only,” he said.
MBSJ offered the discount to encourage online cashless payment. The RM15 rebate will be credited into the customer’s account after adjustments are completed for the second term tax payment period. The rebate will be valid for 2024’s assessment tax payment.
