KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is willing to compromise on its recent directive issued to owners of Sri Aman People’s Housing Project (PPR) flats in Kepong to remove all window awnings and illegal extensions.
The removal of these additions was aimed at addressing the indiscriminate throwing of rubbish from upper floors at the flats.
