Wowing guests at CNY open house

PROPERTY developer Mah Sing Group Bhd ushered in the Year of the Water Rabbit with an event at Southville City Sales Gallery in Dengkil, Selangor.

Present were Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang and the group’s senior management team.

The celebration kicked off with a 24-drum performance, followed by an acrobatic lion dance and a special appearance by the Fortune Rabbit.

One of the highlights was a live rendition of Mah Sing’s Chinese New Year theme song by Malaysian singer Crystal Liew Yen Yen and Yu Xiang, who won the Astro Classic Golden Melody 2022.

Both also performed other solo numbers as well as medleys.

There were activities such as tarot card reading, fan painting and a magic show.

A yee sang tossing ceremony by Mah Sing’s senior management was led by Leong.

Mah Sing also held Chinese New Year celebrations at its other sales galleries nationwide, namely Ferringhi Residence 2, M Arisa, Meridin East, M Panora, M Astra, M Vertica, M Nova and M Oscar, where guests were entertained by lion dances, 24-drum performances, God of Prosperity appearances as well as yee sang tossing ceremonies ahead of scrumptious meals.

Sitting on 173ha, Southville City is Mah Sing’s largest township development in the Klang Valley.

M Sinar, a freehold serviced apartment project, will be the next launch in Southville City and it is now open for registration.

Meanwhile, the Mah Sing Secured campaign aims to reward housebuyers by offering them fixed interest rates, step-up payments scheme, various packages and incentives as well as additonal rewards to kick-start their homeownership journey.

There are more than 10 participating projects – M Senyum, M Vertica (Tower D & E), M Arisa, Sensory Residence @ Southville City, M Oscar, M Astra, M Luna, M Adora, M Panora, Meridin East and Ferringhi Residence 2.

The campaign ends on March 31.
