Some 2,500 events set to generate RM1bil next year

THE estimated economic impact (EEI) from events hosted by the Penang Convention and Exhibition Bureau (PCEB) in George Town is expected to generate RM1bil.

Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said PCEB was expecting 2,500 events with 260,000 delegates next year.
