Use transit point closer to Sibu central market, bus operator urged

Business has dropped drastically at the central market in Sibu.

SIBU Municipal Council (SMC) wants the Sibu-Kapit bus service to be based at the riverfront bus transit point near the central market.

Council chairman Clarence Ting said the move was to attract more people to the market, which was experiencing a 90% drop in business.
