REPLACING all underground fire hydrants to above-ground hydrants in Selangor will cost RM40.7mil, says state local government, public transportation and new village development committee chairman Ng Sze Han.
He said there were 3,700 underground hydrants and it would cost RM11,000 to replace one unit with an above-ground pillar hydrant.
