COME February 2022, about 40% of electricity consumption at the Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) headquarters in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam, will come from solar energy.
An additional 1,194 solar panels will be installed on roofs above the 56,000sq ft area of parking lots at the headquarters with a capacity of 595 kilowatts peak (kWp).
