Boost for Kulim airport project


Some of the residential components that Ivory Properties Group Berhad will jointly develop with ECK Development Sdn Bhd for the Airport City/Aerotropolis of the proposed Kulim International Airport in Kuala Muda, Kedah.

TWO firms will jointly develop the residential components of the Airport City/Aerotropolis of the proposed Kulim International Airport (KXP) in Sidam Kiri, Kuala Muda in Kedah.

The development by Ivory Properties Group Berhad (Ivory) and ECK Development Sdn Bhd (ECK) will cover an area of about 135 acres (54.6ha) with an estimated gross development value of RM2bil.
