WITH the People, Private and Public (3P) partnership coming to fruition, the burden of Penang’s iconic trishaw riders is eased, according to state tourism and creative economy committee chairman Yeoh Soon Hin.
He said joint efforts between the Penang government, Import and Export Association Penang plus charitable individuals had yielded various initiatives to help alleviate the trishaw riders’ problems.
