PENANG has questioned the implementation rate of the National Immunisation Programme, claiming that it is going at a very slow rate in the state and the whole country.
State local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said as of May 18, a total of 10.29 million Malaysians had registered for the vaccine with only 1.26 million completing their second dose.
