THE City Stadium and facilities at several Penang Island City Council (MBPP) balai rakyat will be open for public use for free during City Day on Jan 1 next year.
The annual celebration by MBPP will see badminton courts, fields and the City Stadium open from 6.30am to midnight on that day.
