A TOTAL of 26 residents of Desa Wawasan Flats in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, can finally achieve their dream of home ownership.

Resident Saadiah Ibrahim, 66, said she had to put the dream aside in the past due to hardship and difficulties in getting loans.
