COUNCIL secretary Elya Marini Darmin will double up as the new acting director of Klang Municipal Council’s (MPK) Enforcement Department while the current chief Andry Arman Masrom helms a new outfit called the Service Delivery Unit (SDU).
Other than Andry, MPK has reshuffled several department heads and created brand new sections.
