A COFFEESHOP owner in Taman Tasek Mutiara near Ipoh had a rude shock upon discovering a drastic increase in his sewerage bill.Yip Kwai Pong, 54, said he had been renting the shop since April last year and the sewerage bill usually amounted to RM20 a month.
However, since June last year, he said the amount increased to RM145.81.
