THE Penang Structure Plan 2030 (RSNPP), which will be used as a guideline for the state’s machinery and all high-impact projects, has been gazetted.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the state would refer to RSNPP 2030, which replaces RSNPP 2020, to ensure clear development plans until year 2030.
