Spike in electricity bills leaves account holders stumped

BATU PAHAT: Kuan Chin Ee was dumbfounded when he was told that he had more than RM47,000 in unpaid electricity bills.

The 41-year-old computer shop technician claimed he had always paid his bills on time and was only told about the amount earlier this month.
