Rep: Sungai Nibong bus terminal needs upgrading

THE infrastructure at the Sungai Nibong express bus terminal is not user-friendly and badly needs an upgrade.

Teh Lai Heng (PH-Komtar) said the bus terminal started operations in May 2005 and has two lifts without any escalator service.
