KSK Land brand director Jonathan Liang said, “In line with the theme of Malaysia Day, we placed importance on unity and patriotism for the well-being of the people and shared prosperity.”
He added that the reason for holding the special market was to appreciate the rich heritage of artistry and craftsmanship and celebrate with Malaysian artisans.
Liang said KSK Land partnered with non-profit-organisation Women of Will for the event.
Women of Will president Datin Wira Goh Suet Lan said the event was more than a celebration of Malaysian culture and heritage.
“This special market provided a chance to celebrate our own efforts in empowering women and their communities.
“Events like this provide valuable educational platforms for the women in our programmes to learn from the experts,” she added.
Among those who participated in the special market were FERN, Shan Shan Lim, Kushan, The Alphabet Press, Seniman Kakao, MUKK and Takos. — By ANG ENG TAT
