THE Penang Future Foundation (PFF) has spent RM23mil on 408 scholars in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and accounting fields over the past five years.
Managed by Career Assistance and Talent (CAT) under InvestPenang, there are two types of scholarships - Penang Scholar Award and Mutiara Scholar Award - to stem brain drain in the state.
