PRIME Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad received the Anugerah Instafamous Inspirasi, a special award presented at Anugerah Instafamous by hurr.tv.
In his pre-recorded acceptance speech shown during the event at Vogue Lounge in Menara Suezcap, Kuala Lumpur, Dr Mahathir said, “Anugerah Instafamous Inspirasi was presented to me on the basis of my leadership, dedication and contribution to the people of Malaysia, as well as hard work.
“There is no shortcut to hard work. If I can be a good example, Alhamdulillah. If we love our country, we must be willing to work hard to rebuild our country.
“Today, information and news can be accessed anywhere and quickly with a mobile phone, and anyone can become a ‘broadcasting station’. It is important for us to practise responsible behaviour so that information is delivered accurately, correctly and not ‘fake news’. I thank hurr.tv for this special award.”
