STRENGTHENING diplomatic ties among countries does not always have to be a serious affair. In fact, gathering over good food and pleasant cultural discourse goes a long way to cement bilateral ties.
That was what the Royal Norwegian Embassy and Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) did by playing host to 35 guests from the Association of Spouses of Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Malaysia (Sohom) and Persatuan Wanita Kementerian Luar Negeri (Perwakilan) at a cooking class featuring Norwegian salmon and fjord trout.
