Condominium parking bully infuriates residents

A HOMEOWNER at Villa Crystal Condominium in Segambut is crying foul over an alleged vandalism incident involving his car on the premises.

Ng Foon Hwee said the incident happened after he asked the security guard to clamp the car that was parked illegally at his parking space.
