SIBU: Iban contestant Frevirra Pearl Francis won the heart of the judgeswith her poise and elegance to win this year’s Miss Borneo Dayak Cultural Festival.
A nurse by profession, Frevirra, 24 was also won over the crowd as she went on to beat the other nine finalists for the title. A total of 16 contestants took part,with only 10 qualifying for the final.
