Property fair returns with bumiputera edition

The StarProperty.my Fair’s next instalment will be “Pameran Perumahan Edisi Bumiputera” at AEON Mall Shah Alam from June 26 to July 1.

The six-day fair will present a range of housing options to bumiputera homeseekers.

These include multiple types of homes from various reputable developers such as IJM Land Bhd, ACMAR International, PJ Midtown, Sunsuria Bhd, I&P (a member of Setia), Bandar Setia Alam Sdn Bhd, MCT Bhd and Naza TTDI.

For visitors who want to expand their knowledge on property investment, interior design or on generating income from their existing property should also take note of the fair as StarProperty.my has invited speakers who are experienced in their respective fields to share their expertise on June 30 and July 1.

The speakers include Mamyhome Renovation Sdn Bhd creative managing director Amin Yussoff, founder of Khalil Adis Consultancy Khalil Adis as well as author and finance coach Bella Leana.

There will be activities for visitors such as the Rumah-Rumah Malaysia, a collaboration with MinNature that showcases unique Malaysian homes in a miniature form.

Visitors can marvel at the tiny dwellings that feature buildings ranging from traditional to modern and also learn how to create their very own little home at the DIY classes.

Visitors can also join the “Snap, Post Win” contest to win a MinNature class worth RM300 or other exciting activities in store such as the electric maze.
