KUCHING: Barisan Nasional-led Sarawak government will allocate minor rural project (MRP) grants to its MPs, similar to the benefit enjoyed by state elected representatives.
Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg said Barisan MPs will receive the annual grant, which includes funds to carry out rural transformation programmes (RTP), as well as administrative costs for their service centres.
