THOUGH the Ultimate Star Youth Club in Kajang was only launched last September, its genesis can be traced to a Ponggal event in 2013 and club founder Devendran Panersilbam remembers that light bulb moment.
“We raised RM12,000 for the Holy Family Church in Kajang through a charity concert and I realised I could do more,” said Devendran, who was the co-organiser.
