Showcase of chefs’ speciality dishes

THE chefs of Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral are in the spotlight as five of them will cook up speciality dishes this month.

Throughout August, the chefs will each prepare signature dishes that will complement the regular buffet spread at the hotel’s Nook all-day dining area.
