DESPITE minor hiccups, works to upgrade 42km of Keretapi Tanah Melayu’s (KTM) Klang Valley Double Track (KVDT) is progressing well.
Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chief executive officer Mohd Azharuddin Mat Sah said the upgrade being carried out between the Rawang-Salak Selatan and Sentul-Simpang Batu lines was expected to be completed as scheduled by the end of 2019.
