JOHOR BARU: The Land Public Transport Authority (SPAD) will take the soft approach in dealing with 20 problematic express bus companies.
SPAD enforcement division head Datuk Che Hasni Che Ahmad said they wanted to advise the companies to settle their outstanding summonses.
