Monitor contractors work, ministry urged

JOHOR BARU: The Housing and Local Government Ministry should better monitor the work being carried out by contractors at public housing projects to ensure they do not carry out shoddy work or use poor quality building materials.

Pulai MP Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed said that the Sungai Melana public housing project in Taman Perling was having problems due to its poor wiring work.
