JOHOR BARU: The eyes of an elderly diabetic patient lit up when Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin came to her house in Kampung Sungai Rinting.
Mother-of-three Ngadimah Ngadimin, 83, who also has high blood pressure, lives alone after her husband died in 2001.
