JOHOR BARU: While many others could afford to cut their hair with their favourite styles at an expensive saloon every month, a 10-year-old pupil from SK Taman Universiti 4 only asked for his hair to be cut neatly.
S. Sutheswaran, who lost his father in an accident two years ago, said the RM6 voucher from Johor Baru Central Municipal Council Penyayang Foundation meant a lot to him as it helped lessen his mother’s burden.
