OVER 30,000 homeowners who have illegally extended or renovated their homes in Subang Jaya can escape heavy fines if they submit their plans to the council and pay a flat rate of RM500.
The Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) is giving homeowners a one-year grace period, from March 1 this year, to submit their renovation plans.
