SANDAKAN: A total of 24 entertainment centres here were imposed compounds of RM1,000 each, by the Sandakan Municipal Council (MPS) .
MPS senior assistant enforcement officer Sairin Abdul Rahman said 20 of the centres were found to be operating beyond the permitted hours while four were operating without a business licence.
