MALACCA: The Malacca Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal (SPCA) is intensifying efforts to educate pet owners to neuter their animals. SPCA said many pet owners are still not aware of the benefits of neutering their pets, hence the need for a campaign.
Its chairman Vincent Low said that many unwanted animals are killed needlessly in Malaysia.
