KUALA TERENGGANU: Terengganu will get its first urban transformation centre (UTC) which will help the public get access to services from various government departments and agencies under one roof.
Terengganu State Economic Development Corporation (PMINT) general manager M. Harith Hassan said the UTC would be located at the Paya Bunga Square (PB Square) Shopping Complex.
