RESIDENTS of Taman Putra Budiman in Balakong Jaya want something to be done about the poor condition of a now-defunct pumphouse in their neighbourhood.
During a site visit, the fence surrounding the area had been cut and the pumphouse was submerged in waist-high dirty, milky water. The place was also littered with rubbish.
