Johor to upgrade drainage system to prevent flooding in state

NUSAJAYA: Johor is looking at the long term solutions to prevent recurring flood problems yearly by improving and upgrading the drainage system nationwide.

State Health and Environment committee chairman Datuk Ayub Rahmat said that initial meetings involving relevant agencies and departments were conducted in February to identify the floods problems.
