MORE than a dozen students from the Sri Garden School in Kuala Lumpur had an unusual classroom activity last Friday. The16-year-olds sat through an awareness talkon disability and nature.

The students were given a crash course on how to relate to the disabled and the elderly in society. They learnt the proper way to handle wheelchairs, and were given pointers on how to guide the blind and support the elderly who use walking sticks.
