Oscar-winning 'Oppenheimer' helps boost tourism in this historic town

Filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s US$1bil (RM4.68bil)-grossing Oppenheimer hasn’t just lined the pockets of Hollywood studio executives – it has also brought an unexpected windfall to the secretive community of Los Alamos in New Mexico, the United States.

The movie, which took home seven Oscars including for Best Picture earlier this week, tells the story of the invention of the atomic bomb.
