Gliding down the mountains, the still winter air becomes a crisp, chilly breeze, and the sting of icy fragments is replaced with a rush of adrenaline.

This is exactly what Kathy Ismail, 39, experiences whenever she is skiing. The Malaysian architect, who currently resides in Melbourne, Australia, is an avid fan of downhill and cross-country skiing. Well, she is perhaps more than just an avid fan as Kathy is also a competitive skier.
