KL welcomes its first Mercure hotel

Towards the end of February the city of Kuala Lumpur saw another new landmark mark the skyline. Located very close to the Golden Triangle and a stone’s throw from the major shopping area of Bukit Bintang, a new hotel made its debut.

Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade, part of the well-known international Mercure brand, its first in KL, had its official grand opening. The midscale hotel on the fringe between Bukit Bintang and Pudu, features 213 contemporary guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, Chorak, a Lobby Lounge, roof top pool bar, a fitness centre and three meeting rooms.
