Home to a new fashion library, Oslo could be the world's next style capital

Paris, Milan, London, New York, and now... Oslo. That's right, the Norwegian capital is home to a new one-of-a-kind library, inaugurated on Tuesday (Nov 29), the International Library of Fashion Research, bringing together printed documents of fashion from over several decades.

This world first also serves to illustrate that Scandinavian fashion is gradually establishing an international reputation in the fashion sphere.
