One of the easiest ways to glam up a simple look is by choosing a stunning ring to complement what you’re wearing.

Whether pared-down chic, subtle sophistication or bold elegance is your style, there are plenty of ways to make all kinds of rings work for you.

Jewellery these days is so versatile, one can experiment with various ways of accessorising, including stacking multiple rings on the same finger, threading a ring through a chain to wear as a pendant, styling yourself with multiple rings on each hand or keeping it simple by wearing a single ring.

Bold design

Bvlgari’s B.zero1 collection is instantly recognisable with its simple yet sophisticated design, an audacious, irreverent and the ultimate expression of independence.

The range is inspired by the rigorous architecture of Rome’s iconic Colosseum, executed with an innovative and unconventional approach to jewellery design.

Celebrating the power of bold visions, the rings are a liberating expression of independence and strength, and are sported by Hollywood star Zendaya and member of the global musical phenomenon Lisa of Blackpink, two indomitable talents that blazed their own paths in different fields with charisma and determination.

Kaleidoscopic universe

Gucci’s second High Jewelry collection, designed by Alessandro Michele, is inspired by the mesmeric hues of the sky at different times of the day.

Latin for “Garden of Delights”, Hortus Deliciarum draws on the symbolic motifs dear to the designer, taking its cue from the ephemeral yet recurring beauty of the changing sky and its shifting colours and constellations. Elaborate, bow-shaped rings with a solitaire gemstone are included in the collection, adorned by tiny stars.

Rich colours

Louis Vuitton’s new Bravery High Jewellery collection retraces the remarkable saga of its founder, born 200 years ago, with eight distinctive range created with rare gemstones. It took a global three-year search to source the sapphires, emeralds, rubies, diamonds and gemstones used on the pieces in order to obtain such richness of colour.

Within the collection, the L’Venture range depicts the 400-kilometres journey of roads and forests that separates the Jura (the birthplace of Louis Vuitton) area from Paris.

One of the rings in the collection is adorned with a Colombian emerald and DFL type 2A pear-shaped diamonds, an exquisite piece.

Tribute to Neptune

The Flammes De Neptune ring from Van Cleef & Arpels’ Heavenly Dreams collection captures the far-off spectacle of the universe on the scale of a human hand.

Inspired by Neptune, the giant planet is depicted by a Madagascan sapphire of 40.52 carats – a remarkable weight for a specimen of that quality and origin.

Evoking the planet’s icy rings, diamonds of various cuts and shapes have been meticulously assembled on the ring’s hoop and bezel.
