It's official. Billie Eilish and Takashi Murakami are teaming up for a fashion collection comprising T-shirts.
The American singer and Japanese artist reportedly drew on their respective artistic perspectives and creative talents to create a new collection of T-shirts for Uniqlo. This was initially revealed on Instagram, with the stylised teaser highlighting a design decorated with iconic Murakami motifs.
It shows a manga-style sculpture entirely dressed in white and wearing a T-shirt with the inscription "Billie Eilish" in lettering – Murakami style.
