Want to get your hands on a T-shirt that's specially designed for Malaysia Day?
The round-neck T-shirt, released by The Livescape Group and in collaboration with Nasty Inc, was designed with Malaysia Day in mind. It comes in black and grey and has the word "UNITY" emblazoned on the back, as well as a print of the Jalur Gemilang.
“We wanted a design that could capture the climate of Malaysia today but yet provide hope to all Malaysians. We wanted to remind people of our roots and that we are first and foremost Malaysians and the important need for us to stay united – a design that our fellow citizens can proudly wear as a badge of honour," Chia Khoo Hoong, the co-founder and creative director of Nasty Inc says in a press release.
“The Livescape Group is proud to collaborate with Nasty Inc to produce these limited edition Unity T-shirts. The message we want all Malaysians to embrace this Malaysia Day is one that is of unity and hope; the hope that Malaysia will get well soon, and for all of us to remember that in essence, we are Malaysians first, regardless of whether you prefer to wear red or yellow," Iqbal Ameer, group chief executive officer of The Livescape Group says.
The limited edition Unity T-shirts go on sale tomorrow via www.thenastyinc.com and is RM52 a piece (inclusive of delivery). It is 100% cotton and comes in small, medium, large and extra large sizes.
All proceeds from the sale will go to the Association of the Arts, Live Festivals and Events (ALIFE), a non-profit organisation in Malaysia.
